"Due to the current real estate climate, we were obliged to buy an
apartment before selling our own, which was a very daunting position to
be in financially. Marty knew that we didn't want to have to carry two
mortgages, and promised to do his best to sell our place as quickly as
possible. He provided us with detailed information about comparable
market values in our neighborhood, helped us to determine a realistic
